This privacy policy ("Policy") explains how Dreamteam AI Inc or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries ("We", "Us", "Our") Processes Personal Data collected from natural persons as specified in clause 2 below ("You"), as a Controller.

1. Definitions

Capitalised terms not specifically defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the Agreement.

1.1 "Customer" means the natural or legal person that has subscribed to Platform by accepting the Agreement.

1.2 "Process/Processing" means any operation or set of operations which is performed on Personal Data or on sets of Personal Data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

1.3 "Agreement" shall mean the Customer Agreement available at [www.dreamteam.ai/terms-of-service].

2. How we collect, use, and share your personal data

2.1 Personal data that you provide us

Individual who requests a demo. Your contact information includes Your first and last name, email, and phone number. To give You the demo and to inform, promote, and market the Platform to You. Third parties who assist Us in providing these services.
Individual who a) provides information by filling out forms on Our Website, or b) contacts Us or speaks to our sales representatives. Information You have filled in or submitted via web forms or provided in Your interaction with Us. To respond to Your queries, questions or requests. To send information about Our products, services, and any other marketing messages. Third parties who assist Us in providing these services.
User who requests customer support services. Your contact information such as Your name, email, and phone number. To respond to Your comments and questions and provide customer service. Third parties who assist Us in providing these services.
Individual who applies for an employment opportunity with Us. Your contact information, such as full name, email address, mobile number, details of Your education and previous employment, and any other information You volunteer, including during any interview or interactions with Us and contained in the resume You submit. To evaluate You for any position that You have applied for or that We may consider You for. Third parties whose products we use in evaluating You for the position. External recruiters and organizations that do reference or background checks on Our behalf.

2.2 Personal data that we collect not provided directly by you

  • WE NEVER TRANSFER OR SELL YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES OR BUSINESS PARTNERS. ALL OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA ARE USED EXCLUSIVELY BY OUR STAFF OR BY OUR IT SERVICE PROVIDERS.
  • Your personal data can also be transferred to our service providers for the sole purpose of technically operating our service.
  • We specify that we audit every service provider before recruiting them in order to verify that they are strictly complying with the applicable rules regarding personal data protection.

2.3 Google API Services User Data

When You connect Your Google account to Our Platform, We access certain Google user data through Google API Services. This section specifically describes how We access, use, store, and share Google user data obtained through Google APIs, in compliance with Google's API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use Requirements.

2.3.1 Types of Google User Data We Access

We access the following types of Google user data through Google API Services:

  • Gmail Data: Email messages, email metadata (sender, recipient, subject, date), email attachments, and email labels/folders. We access this data using the Gmail API with read-only and send permissions.
  • Google Calendar Data: Calendar events, event details (title, description, attendees, location, time), calendar metadata, and calendar settings. We access this data using the Google Calendar API.
  • Google Docs Data: Document content, document metadata (title, creation date, modification date), document structure, and document permissions. We access this data using the Google Docs API.
  • Google Sheets Data: Spreadsheet content, cell values, spreadsheet metadata (title, creation date, modification date), and spreadsheet structure. We access this data using the Google Sheets API.
  • Google Slides Data: Presentation content, slide data, presentation metadata (title, creation date, modification date), and presentation structure. We access this data using the Google Slides API.
  • Google Drive Data: File metadata (name, size, type, permissions) for files accessed through Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides integrations. We access this data using the Google Drive API.

2.3.2 How We Use Google User Data

We use Google user data exclusively to provide and improve user-facing features that are prominent in Our Platform's user interface:

  • Gmail Integration: To sync Your email messages to Our CRM platform for contact management, email tracking, and customer relationship management. We use email data to create and update contact records, associate emails with contacts and companies, and provide email search and filtering capabilities within Our Platform.
  • Calendar Integration: To sync Your calendar events to Our Platform for meeting management, scheduling, and activity tracking. We use calendar data to create meeting records, associate meetings with contacts and deals, schedule follow-ups, and provide calendar availability features.
  • Google Docs/Sheets/Slides Integration: To enable You to create, read, update, and manage Google Workspace documents, spreadsheets, and presentations directly from Our Platform. We use this data to provide document management features, content creation tools, and document collaboration capabilities.
  • Platform Improvement: To improve Our Platform's functionality, user experience, and performance. This includes using aggregated and anonymized data for internal analytics and product development.

2.3.3 How We Store Google User Data

We store Google user data securely in Our Platform's database systems located in the United States of America and India. All Google user data is:

  • Encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption methods
  • Transmitted over secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Accessible only to authorized Platform users who have been granted access by the account owner
  • Subject to Our standard data retention policies as described in section 2.3.5 below

2.3.4 How We Share Google User Data

We comply with Google's Limited Use Requirements regarding the sharing of Google user data:

  • We DO NOT: Transfer, sell, or share Google user data to third parties such as advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers
  • We DO NOT: Use Google user data for serving ads, including retargeting, personalized advertising, or interest-based advertising
  • We DO NOT: Use Google user data to determine credit-worthiness or for lending purposes
  • We DO: Share Google user data only with Your explicit consent to provide or improve user-facing features that are visible and prominent in Our Platform's user interface
  • We DO: Share Google user data with Our service providers who assist Us in technically operating Our service, subject to strict confidentiality and data protection agreements
  • We DO: Share Google user data when required by applicable laws or legal processes
  • We DO: Share Google user data as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, but only after obtaining Your explicit prior consent

2.3.5 Data Retention and Deletion

We retain Google user data for as long as Your account is active and You have granted Us access to Your Google account. When You:

  • Revoke Access: If You revoke Our access to Your Google account through Google's account settings, We will stop accessing new Google user data immediately. We will delete or anonymize Your existing Google user data from Our systems within 30 days, unless We are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
  • Delete Your Account: If You delete Your Platform account, We will delete all associated Google user data from Our systems within 30 days, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
  • Request Deletion: You may request deletion of Your Google user data at any time by contacting Us at privacy@dreamteam.ai. We will process Your request within 30 days.

2.3.6 Human Access to Google User Data

In compliance with Google's Limited Use Requirements, Our employees, agents, and contractors do not read Your Google user data unless:

  • You have provided Your affirmative agreement to view specific messages, files, or other data
  • It is necessary for security purposes (e.g., investigating abuse, bugs, or security incidents)
  • It is necessary to comply with applicable laws or legal processes
  • The data is aggregated and anonymized and used for internal operations in accordance with applicable privacy and legal requirements

2.3.7 Your Controls and Rights

You have the following controls and rights regarding Your Google user data:

  • Grant or Revoke Access: You can grant or revoke Our access to Your Google account at any time through Your Google account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions
  • View Connected Accounts: You can view which Google services are connected to Our Platform through Your Platform account settings
  • Request Data Access: You can request a copy of Your Google user data stored in Our Platform by contacting Us at privacy@dreamteam.ai
  • Request Data Deletion: You can request deletion of Your Google user data from Our Platform at any time by contacting Us at privacy@dreamteam.ai
  • Opt-Out of Specific Features: You can disable specific Google integrations (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) through Your Platform account settings without revoking access to other integrations

Google's Limited Use Requirements

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide and improve user-facing features that are prominent in Our Platform's user interface, and We do not transfer, sell, or use Google user data for advertising purposes.

3. Legal basis for processing (EEA region)

If You are a data subject from the European Economic Area, Our legal basis for collecting and using the Personal Data described above will depend on the Personal Data concerned and the specific context in which We collect it.

We will normally collect Personal Data from You only where it is needed to perform a contract with You, where the Processing is in Our legitimate interests and not overridden by Your data protection interests or fundamental rights and freedoms, or where We have Your consent. In some cases, We may also have a legal obligation to collect Personal Data from You. If We Process Personal Data with reliance on Your consent, You may withdraw Your consent at any time.

4. International transfer

We mainly Process Personal Data in the United States of America and India. However, We may transfer Personal Data outside these regions only for the purposes referred to in clause 2. We will ensure that the recipient of Your Personal Data offers an adequate level of protection that is at least comparable to that which is provided under applicable data protection laws.

If You are a resident of the European Economic Area and when Your Personal Data is Processed outside EEA, We will ensure that the recipient of Your Personal Data offers an adequate level of protection, for instance by entering into standard contractual clauses for the transfer of Personal Data as approved by the European Commission (Article 46 General Data Privacy Regulation, 2016), or We will ask You for Your prior consent to such international data transfers.

Withdrawing Your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing We have conducted prior to Your withdrawal, nor will it affect Processing of Your Personal Data conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
  • You have the right to complain to a data protection authority about Our collection and use of Your Personal Data. For more information, please contact Your local data protection authority as specified by the applicable data protection laws.
  • You have the right to opt out of marketing communications We send You at any time. You can exercise this right by clicking on the "unsubscribe" or "opt-out" link in the marketing e-mails We send You.

If You are a resident of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, You are also entitled to the following rights:

  • You can request Us for deletion and erasure of Your Personal Data.
  • You can object to the Processing of Your Personal Data, ask Us to restrict the Processing of Your Personal Data, or request portability of Your Personal Data.

9. Notice to user and other exclusions

Our Platform is intended for use by businesses. Except for the Personal Data collected from You for the purposes mentioned under clause 2, this Policy is not applicable to Our Processing of any Personal Data transmitted by the Customer. We may receive End-Users' Personal Data as a part of the Customer Data for which We will only act as a Processor and such Processing will be governed by the Agreement. In such a case, the End-User's data privacy questions and requests should be submitted to the Customer in its capacity as a Data Controller. We are not responsible for Customers' privacy or security practices which may be different from this notice. Customers of the Platform are solely responsible for establishing policies for and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as any and all privacy policies, agreements, or other obligations, relating to the collection of Personal Data in connection with the use of Platform by the Customer or the End-Users.

Our Website(s) contain links to other Websites. Our Policy applies only to Our Website(s), so if You click on a link to another Website, You should read their privacy policy. We encourage You to review the privacy statements of any such other Websites to understand their Personal Data practices.
